A problem solved instantly
It’s my first time ordering from BURGA, so I bought the Nerida phone case along with the matching magnetic ring. When I received my order, they sent me the right case but the wrong ring holder. I emailed them regarding about the order, I know it was definitely accidental and instantly, the support team replied back. Within probably 10 mins, they reassured me and sent out the correct one, free of charge, and advised that I didn’t need to send back the incorrect one to them. I was honestly quite surprised how quick and efficient it was, so glad to say, their service is brilliant! Would definitely order from them again.

new ring holder
I love the new Magic Ring Holder. It’s very practical and easy to apply to the phone. The only thing is, my phone fell down once and the Magic Ring Holder came off as well. Other than that, in terms of appearance and quality, it’s very comfortable.
